Morning Reset — 8 Minutes
Do in pajamas. No mat needed, just a chair nearby for balance.
Ankle circles — 30 sec each side
Seated, lift foot slightly. Draw slow circles, then reverse. Wakes up circulation before you stand.
Hip rocks + calf raises — 60 sec
Hands on thighs, rock hips forward/back 10x. Stand, hold chair, 12 calf raises. Warms hips and ankles for first steps.
Spinal waves — 60 sec
Hands on knees, round and arch spine slowly. 8 reps. Imagine a wave moving vertebra by vertebra.
Wall slides for shoulders — 60 sec
Back against wall, elbows at 90°. Slide arms up and down, keeping contact. Opens chest after sleep.
Standing hip CARs — 90 sec
Hold chair, lift knee and draw large hip circle. 3 each direction per side. No forcing range, just smooth.
